摘 要: | 目的:探讨以问题为中心循证支持在护理临床见习教学模式中的应用效果。方法:选择2009级护理本科生68名作为试验组,采用以问题为中心的循证实践教学方法;选择2008级护理本科生60名作为对照组,采用传统教育方法。结果:试验组学生在见习内容的掌握、评判性思维的能力、创新能力、沟通与团队合作能力、综合能力、科研能力、专业胜任能力、交流沟通能力、自学能力、语言组织能力及查阅资料能力等方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以问题为中心的循证支持见习教学模式提高了护生的评判性思维能力、专业胜任能力、语言组织能力及交流沟通等综合能力,有利于全面提高护理实践教学质量,适用于护理本科专业学生的临床见习教学环节。

Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of using problem based learning and evidence based support in clinical nursing practice.Methods:Randomly extract students from the grade 2009 undergraduate nursing students of our school as the experimental group,and use the randomized controlled retrospective analysis compare with the grade 2008 nursing undergraduates and evaluate the effects of their teaching.Results:The differences in the two groups of students in the aspect of the training of critical thinking,the professional competence training,communication ability,self-study ability,language ability,the ability of information accession,the masterying of the clinical clerkships content and other aspects of the cognitive were statistical significance (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:The problem centered teaching mode of evidence-based support increases the critical thinking ability of nursing students,professional competence,language organization ability and communication abilities,to improve the teaching quality of nursing practice,clinical practice teaching for undergraduate nursing students. |
