糖尿病社区综合干预效果观察

目的探讨糖尿病社区综合干预的效果。方法随机选择100例糖尿病患者,采用单纯随机抽样法分为观察组及对照组,对照组、观察组均进行常规降糖治疗,观察组另采用多种方式进行社区综合干预。结果实施社区干预1年后,观察组糖尿病知识知晓率、服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、并发症发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区综合干预能有效提高糖尿病治疗效果,减少并发症发生。

Application of community intervention to diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the application value of community intervention to diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods 100 cases of DM were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Routine therapy was performed in the two groups,and in observation group,variant community intervention measures were utilized.Results After intervention of one year,the awareness of DM knowledge and medication compliance were higher than control group（P0.05）,and fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and incidence of complications were lower（P0.05）.Conclusion Community intervention might be helpful for the therapy of DM and decreasing the incidence of complications.
