摘    要:目的:探讨新生儿疾病筛查足跟血标本采集的方法与技巧,以提高采集成功率、缩短采集时间、减轻新生儿痛苦.方法:将198例需新生儿疾病筛查的足月产正常新生儿按住院号末位数单双号分为试验组100例和对照组98例.试验组采用改良采血方法,对照组采用常规采集方法,均采集足跟血标本,观察两组新生儿一次性采血成功率、采血所需时间、标本合格率、新生儿哭闹及疼痛程度.结果:试验组新生儿一次采血成功率、血片合格率高于对照组(P<0.05),采集时间、新生儿疼痛哭闹程度低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:改良采血法能提高一次采血成功率、标本合格率,减少足跟采血时间,减轻新生儿疼痛,值得在临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective :To explore the methods and techniques of heel blood specimen collection for neonatal screening to improve the success rate of collec- tion, shorten the collection time and relieve the pain of newborns. Methods: 198 normal full - term newborns who required neonatal screening were divided in- to 100 cases of the experimental group and 98 cases of the control group according to the parity of last digit of hospital number. Experimental group was trea- ted with improved sampling method ,the control group used conventional acquisition method, they were collected heel blood specimens, observed two groups of new disposable blood taking success rate, sampling time ,the qualified rate of the samples, crying and pain in neonates. Results:The disposable blood col- lection success rate and the pass rate of blood films in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ) ,while the blood collec- tion time required and the degree of newborn crying and pain were lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Improved blood sampling method can improve the success rate of disposable blood collection and the sample pass rate, reduce the the heel blood collection time, relieve neonatal pain, it is worthy of clinical application.
