手指图在格拉斯哥昏迷评分课堂教学中的应用

目的:探讨手指图在GCS评分课堂教学中的应用效果。方法:对2012级护理本科生(试验组)在课堂教学时,将GCS评分分值标识在人的手指上,分别形成分值手指分配图、睁眼反应图、语言反应图、运动反应图,将图形拍成图片,以PPT形式进行教学并与2011级采用传统课堂教学的护理本科生(对照组)的教学效果进行比较。结果:两届学生比较,测试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2012级学生从记忆保持度、掌握全面度来检测,成绩优于2011级。结论:手指图在神经外科护理学GCS评分课堂教学中应用,既简单又实用,不但可强化学生记忆,提高学生掌握知识的能力而且可提高教学效果。

The finger diagram in Glasgow coma scale score application in classroom teaching

Objective：To investigate the finger diagram in GCS coma scale application in classroom teaching.Methods：2012 session of undergraduate nursing students （experimental group） in the classroom teaching,the GCS coma score marks in the fingers,fingers were respectively formed score allocation map,diagram,graph language open reaction reaction,motion response,the graphic pictures,teaching in the form of PPT,and the 2011 using the traditional classroom the teaching of undergraduate nursing students （control group） compared.Results：Compared the two session of the students,there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.The test scores of 2012 students from the memory to keep degree,master degree detection,performance was better than the 2011.Conclusion：The application of finger graphics GCS coma score in the department of neurosurgery nursing in the classroom teaching,which is simple and practical,not only can strengthen students＇memory,improve the students master the knowledge,but also can improve the teaching effect.
