低分子肝素两种不同注射方法对局部出血的影响

目的；观察低分子肝索两种不同注射方法对患者局部皮下出血的影响。方法：选择2011年5月一2013年5月人住我科接受注射低分子肝素治疗的92例患者进行试验观察，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用常规方法注射，观察组采用改良方法注射，对比两组患者局部皮下出血发生率。结果：观察组患者局部皮下出血发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05），但两组患者发生的出血程度比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：低分子肝素注射时采用改良方法注射的效果较好。

The effect of low molecular weight heparin on local hemorrhage using two different injection methods

Objective： To observe the influence on local subcutaneous hemorrhage in patients with the low molecular heparin of two differ- ent injection method. Methods ： Chose 92 patients from May 2011 to May 2013 who used low molecular weight heparin and they were ran- domly divided into control group and observation group ,46 patients in each group. The control group used conventional methods of injec- tion,the observation group used a modified method of injection,eompared the effect of injection between two groups. Results：The inci- dence of two groups of patients with subcutaneous hemorrhage have statistical significance,The incidence of local hemorrhage in observa- tion group was significantly lower than that in the matched group （P 〈 0.05 ）. But, after local bleeding occurred in two patients, there was no statistical significance between the degree of hemorrhage （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： When using the improved method injection of low molecular weight heparin, the effect is better.
