集束化护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者的影响研究

目的：探讨集束化护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者的影响.方法：选择2011年1 ～12月在我院住院的恶性肿瘤患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组按照常规进行护理,观察组患者增加集束化护理干预项目,比较两组患者干预前后焦虑和睡眠质量以及社会支持能力方面的差异.结果：经过集束化护理干预,观察组患者利用社会支持高于对照组,焦虑水平低于对照组,睡眠质量优于对照组（均P＜0.05）.结论：集束化护理干预对于恶性肿瘤患者有积极作用,可以降低其焦虑水平,提高其睡眠质量.

Clinical outcome of cluster change nursing intervention in nursing anxiety for the therioma patients

Objective ：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with malignant tumor. Methods： Chose 200 malignant tumor patients in our hospital from January to December in 2011 ,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with t00 cases in each group. The con- trol group with conventional nursing,the observation group patients increased nursing intervention project. The differences in support of anxiety and sleep quality as well as social competence of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results：After nursing intervention, the patients in the ob- servation group were higher than those in the control group using social support,anxiety level was lower than that of the control greup,the sleep quality was better than that of the control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention has a positive effect on the patients with malignant tumor, can reduce the anxiety level, improve the quality of sleep.
