机械通气患者早期运动的重要性及护理对策

目的:探讨机械通气患者早期运动的重要性,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:将62例在我院ICU行机械通气的患者随机分为对照组和试验组各31例,对照组实施常规护理及治疗,试验组在此基础上,根据患者病情进行运动疗法。比较两组患者潮气量、呼吸频率、二氧化碳分压、心率、住院时间、通气时间及呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。结果:15,30 d后,试验组患者潮气量高于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸频率、二氧化碳分压、心率低于对照组(P<0.05);30 d后,试验组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间及通气时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:机械通气患者进行早期运动,可缩短机械通气时间,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

The importance and the nursing countermeasures of early exercise in mechanical ventilated patients

Objective：To explore the importance of early exercise therapy for patients using mechanical ventilation,and to provide the appropriate care measures.Methods：A total of 62 patients using mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine care and treatment.In addition,the patients in the experimental group received exercise therapy according to patient＇s condition.tidal volume,respiratory rate,carbon dioxide partial pressure,and changes in heart rate,duration of hospitalization,duration of ventilation and ventilator associated pneumonia were measured.Results：The experimental group patients at 15t h,30th day,the tidal volume was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）,respiratory rate,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,the heart rate was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.After 30 days,the experimental group patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia incidence rate was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）,hospitalization time and aeration time was shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions：Early exercise therapy in patients with mechanical ventilation can shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation,reduce complications,and has a positive effect.
