针对性护理干预对手足口病患儿治疗的影响

目的:探讨针对性护理干预对手足口病患儿治疗的影响。方法:回顾分析我院2010年1月~2012年10月收治的178例手足口病患儿的临床资料,总结该病护理干预措施,并观察患儿的治疗情况。结果:178例患儿中2例并发脑干脑炎并出现急性呼吸衰竭,抢救无效死亡。其余患儿均痊愈出院。结论:手足口病是儿科常见传染病,及早诊断,及时治疗,采取有针对性的护理干预措施能有效防止并发症的发生,明显改善患儿的预后。

The influence of targeted nursing intervention on treatment of children with hand-foot and mouth disease

Objective：To investigate the effect of specific nursing intervention on the treatment of children with hand-foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods：A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 178 children with hand foot in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012 with HFMD,Summarized the disease targeted nursing intervention,and observed the therapy of children.Results：In 178 cases of 2 patients with severe HFMD patients with brainstem encephalitis and acute respiratory failure,rescue invalid death.All other patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion：Hand foot and mouth disease is a common pediatric infectious disease,early diagnosis,timely treatment,the targeted nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications,improve the prognosis of the patients with.
