健康教育路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

目的:探讨健康教育路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将我科100例COPD患者随机分为试验组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,试验组应用健康教育路径单对患者进行健康指导。结果:试验组患者的健康知识掌握程度和患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径是一种科学的,可规范护理行为的健康教育方法,该方法可促进COPD患者对健康知识的掌握,提升健康教育效果,提高患者满意度,减少平均住院天数,降低住院费用。

Application of health education pathway for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective： To explore the health education pathway in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients results in nursing. Methods： The 100 cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into experimental group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. The control group used the traditional method of health education, the application of health education path single test group were guided to patients. Results： The experimental group patients with health knowledge mastering degree and satisfaction of the patients was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the average hospitalization time was shorter than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）, hospital costs was lower＇than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Health education path is a scientific method of health education, standardizing nursing behaviors, the method can promote the mastering of health knowledge of patients with COPD, improve the effect of health education, improve patient satisfaction, reduce the average hospitalization days, reduce hospitalization expenses.
