目的:通过改进急诊护理质量持续控制,探讨有效的护理质量持续改进体系。方法:采取护士长质控和科室质控小组质控,对科室的护理质量进行全面、持续的管理和控制,并建立积极的信息反馈制度。结果:通过多方面、持续的质量控制,真正做到发现问题改进问题,从而达到护理质量持续改进,消除护理缺陷和不良事件的发生,提高护理质量和管理水平。结论:护士长-质控小组模式是一种有效的护理质量持续改进体系。

Application of the head nurse-quality control team mode in the continuous improvement of the quality of emergency nursing

Objective：Through the improvement of sustainable control of emergency nursing quality,to explore the effective nursing quality continuous improvement system.Methods：Took the head nurse-quality control and quality control in QC group,the nursing quality of the department to conduct a comprehensive,ongoing management and control,and establish active information feedback system.Results：Through many aspects,continuous quality control,truly found improvement,so as to achieve continuous improvement of nursing quality,eliminate the nursing defects and the occurrence of adverse events,improve nursing quality and management level.Conclusion：The quality control mode of head nurse-QC team is an effective nursing quality improvement.
