| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝病患者血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)、总胆汁酸(TBA)和腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)检测的临床意义。方法采用BECKMAN LX-20全自动生化分析仪检测并比较208例各类肝病患者及83例健康者(对照组)血清CHE、TBA和ADA水平。结果与对照组比较,除慢性延性肝炎患者外,其余各类肝病患者CHE水平均显著降低(P<0.05),TBA和ADA水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论血清CHE、TBA和ADA水平可反映肝脏合成和代谢功能,对各类肝病的诊断、治疗和预后判断具有重要临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of cholinesterase（CHE） ,total bile acid（TBA） and adenosine deaminase（ADA） in liver diseases. Methods 208 cases of patients with different liver diseases and 83 cases of healthy subjects（control group） were detected for CHE,TBA and ADA level by using BECKMAN LX-20 analyzer and the results were compared. Results Except patients with chronic persistent hepatitis,serum level of CHE in pa- tients with other liver diseases were higher and of TBA and ADA were higher than those in control group（P~0.05）. Conclusion Serum levels of CHE,TBA and ADA could reflect the synthesis and metabolism function of liver,and might be with great significance for the prognosis, therapy and prognosis of liver diseases. |
