下呼吸道感染鲍曼不动杆菌的分布和耐药性分析

目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌在本院下呼吸道感染患者中的分布特征和耐药性。方法对2011年1月至2012年10月从下呼吸道感染患者呼吸道标本中分离病原菌资料进行回顾性分析。结果共检出病原菌1 206株,其中鲍曼不动杆菌273株;鲍曼不动杆菌主要来源于重症监护室、呼吸内科、神经外科和神经内科患者,未检出头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药菌株,对亚胺培南、美罗培南的耐药率分别为18.3%和19.0%,对其他药物的耐药率均大于50%,不同科室分离的菌株具有不同耐药性。结论鲍曼不动杆菌是下呼吸道感染主要病原菌,耐药性较强;及早发现病原菌,并结合药敏试验结果正确选用抗菌药物是治疗成功的关键。

Distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in lower respiratory infection

Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of A.baumannii in lower respiratory infections.Methods Clinical data of pathogens isolated from respiratory tract specimens of patients with lower respiratory infection from Jan.2011 to Oct.2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 1 206 strains of pathogens were isolated,including 273 strains of A.baumannii,mainly of which were isolated fromICU,Respiratory Department,Neurosurgery Department and Neurology Department.The resistant rate of A.bauinannii to cefoperazone/sulbactam was 0.0%,to imipenem and meropenem were 18.3% and 19.0% respectively,and to other kinds of antibacterial agent was over 50%.The resistant rates to some antibacterials were different in various ward.Conclusion A.bauinannii,widespread in hospital and with multi-drug resistance,should be attached great importance.
