骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的综合护理干预

目的:探讨预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的综合护理干预措施。方法:选择2009年1月～2011年11月在我院骨科住院的手术患者197例,对患者采取心理护理、基础护理及抗凝药物护理等护理干预措施,观察患者下肢静脉血检发生情况。结果:197例患者中,191例(96.95%)完全依从预防性抗凝治疗,其余6例经宣教后完成了抗凝治疗。197例患者中有1例(0.51%)发生下肢深静脉血栓,1例(0.51%)出现牙龈出血,患者经过对症治疗均恢复正常。结论:综合护理干预可使患者树立战胜疾病的信心,增强抗凝治疗的安全性,提高患者治疗的依从性,有效预防骨科术后DVT的发生。

Comprehensive nursing intervention of orthopedic postoperative deep vein thrombosis

Objective ：To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention measures for prevention of deep venous thromixrsis of lower extremity. Methods ： Chose 197 operation patients in our department from January 2009 to November 2011, including psychological nursing, basic nursing and anticoagulant drugs and nursing intervention on patients,observed in patients with lower limb vein thrombus. Results ：197 patients,191 cases （96.95%） fully compliant proph- ylactic anficoagulation therapy,deep vein thrombosis occurred in 1 case （0.51%） ,bleeding gums in 1 case （0.51%） ,2 patients returned to normal after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion ： Comprehensive nursing intervention to establish the confidence of patients overcome the disease, and enhance the safety of anticoagulant therapy to improve patient adherence to treatment, be effective in preventing the occurrence of orthopedic postoperative DVT.
