| 摘 要： | 摘要：目的：观察紫龙金片联合由奥沙利铂(Oxaliplatin)、亚叶酸钙(CF)、氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组成的FOLFOX4方案及单用FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗大肠癌的疗效及不良反应。方法：45例接受化疗的大肠癌患者分为单用化疗组(对照组)及化疗并用紫龙金片组(治疗组)。结果：治疗组与对照组疗效评价比较，无统计学意义(p>0．05)；KPS评分治疗组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(p<0．05)；在骨髓抑制及恶心、呕吐副反应方面治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义（P<0．05）。结论：紫龙金片联用FOLFOX4方案与单用FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗大肠癌相比能减轻化疗毒副作用，提高生活质量。
