| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨补肾化瘀方对肾虚血瘀型不孕促进卵泡发育及排卵的可能机制。方法:建立雄激素致大鼠不孕模型,通过阴道图片筛选各组大鼠,采用光镜、原位杂交、免疫组织化学等方法,对补肾化瘀方治疗前后的雄激素致不孕大鼠的卵巢的形态学及其卵巢促黄体生成素受体(LHR)mRNA的表达进行观察。结果:中药组、西药组与模型组在卵巢重量及各级卵泡数目上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组与西药组在各级卵泡数目上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组LHRmRNA的表达无论在表达面积和表达强度上都不及正常组、中药组和西药组(P<0.05);中药组与正常组在表达面积和表达强度上比较无差异。结论:补肾化瘀方可以显著增加大鼠卵巢重量及各级卵泡总数;且通过影响大鼠卵巢局部LHRmRNA的表达,促进卵泡发育,从而达到促排卵的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the mechanism of BushenhuayuFang based on tonifying kidney and dissolving blood stasis in treating sterility with kidney defi ciency and blood stasis syndrome.
