| Abstract: | Objective To study the internal fixation using dotting - osculation plate for tibia comminuted fracture with tiny skin incision. Methods Experiment group received internal fixation operation using the dotting - osculation plate and the control group received internal fixation operation using common plate. Results Thirty patients in the experiment group completely recovered and 2 patients had residual dysfunction. Twenty - one patients in the control group completely recovered and 11 had residual dysfunction. Conclusion The internal fixation operation using the dotting - osculation plate with tiny skin incision is an effective method for the treatment of tibia comminuted fracture and its advantages are reliable results, simple manipulation and minimally invasive. |
