摘    要:目的:探索住院慢性精神分裂患者实行分类康复的方法及疗效。方法:根据慢性精神分裂症个人特点和功能独立性评定量表(FIM)得分高低,随机将患者分组分类,引进香港康复方法(对患者基本的生活自理、人际交往、生活技能、职业功能训练等方面)分别进行系统康复训练,比较对照组和研究组的康复治疗效果。结果:经过1、3、6个月的训练,功能独立性评定(FIM)和住院慢性精神分裂症患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)分值均有改善,且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。结论:运用香港康复方法能为慢性精神分裂症患者的康复提供更好的康复途径。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the methods and efficacy of sorted rehabilitation for inpatients of chronic schizophrenia. Methods: Based on the patients'characters and the scores of Function Independence Measuring(FIM),the patients were divided randomly into study group and control group, and the rehabilitation methods of Hongkong were adopted (the patients received systematic training in basic life care, interpersonal relationship, life ability, occupational function et al). Compared the efficacy of study group and that of control group. Results: After 1-month,2-month and 3-month's training, the scores of Function Independence Measuring (FIM) and those of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia Rehabilitation Observation Scale(IPROS)were both improved, moreover, there was significant difference in them(P〈0.001). Conclusion: The rehabilitation methods of Hongkong can provide a better way to rehabilitation for patients with chronic schizophrenia.
