| 摘 要： | 目的 了解昆明地区新生儿骨量水平及影响因素.方法 利用超声骨密度仪测定昆明市115名新生儿左小腿弪骨骨密度.同时通过问卷调查的形式,对其出生情况、喂养方式、母亲怀孕期间生活方式、居住环境等相关情况进行调查.结果 足月儿骨密度明显高于早产儿.不同性别的新生儿骨密度值差异无统计学意义.新生儿骨密度和母亲孕期牛奶摄入量、是否补钙成正相关.不同喂养方式对新生儿骨密度并无影响.不同季节出生的新生儿骨密度之间差异无统计学意义结论影响昆明市新生儿骨量水平的重要因素是:胎龄、母亲孕期牛奶摄入量和补钙情况.
