2004-2007年万州区全人群死亡状况分析

摘    要:目的了解2004—2007年万州全人群死亡状况。方法通过全国统一回顾性调查及全国疾病监测点全人群常规死因报告系统收集死亡个案,并按ICD-10编码;利用本区及全国2000年人口构成分别推算各年龄组人口和计算粗死亡率与标准化死亡率。结果万州区全人群年均死亡率608.55/10万、标化死亡率454.69/10万;男性死亡率700.35/10万。女性死亡率512.08/10万;城市人群死亡率536.71/10万,农村人群死亡率635.27/10万,农村肿瘤死亡率(158.13/10万)明显低于城市的(172.24/10万),农村内分泌代谢病(2.85/10万)明显低于城市的(11.90/10万);男、女性及城乡前5位死因与总的死因顺位一致,依次为循环疾病、肿瘤、呼吸疾病、损伤中毒、消化疾病,传染病死亡在全区及农村均位居第6位;4年中呈上升趋势的主要有肿瘤、内分泌代谢病,呈下降趋势的有呼吸系疾病、传染病及寄生虫病;0岁死亡以新生儿婴儿死亡为主,1~39岁以损伤中毒死亡最高,40~69岁以肿瘤死亡最高,70岁以后以循环系统病死亡最高。结论目前万州区面临肿瘤、内分泌代谢病等慢性病逐年上升,传染病死亡高居的双重压力,相关部门应与予高度关注,采取相应对策开展预防控制工作。

Abstract:Objective To know the death condition of entire population in Wanzhou District from 2004 to 2007. Method The data on individual death eases were collected from whole population conventional death cause reporting system in national diseases monitoring sites and from national unified retrospective investigation. The data were then coded according to ICD-10 code. The number of population in different age-groups and the crude and standardized death rate were calculated by population construction in Wanzhou District and whole China in 2000. Results In Wanzhou District, the annual death rate of entire population was 608.55/105, and the standardized death rate was 454. 69/105. The death rate of male( 700. 35/105) was higher than that of female (512.08/105). The death rate in city(536. 71/105) was lower than that in countryside(635.27/ 105). The tumor death rate in countryside( 158. 13/105) was lower than that in city. (172. 24/105). The endocrinopathy death rate in countryside (2. 85/102) was significantly lower than that in city (11.90/105). The first five death causes in male and female or in city and countryside were consistant with the total death causes, i.e. in order from high to low, circulatory system diseases, tumor, respiratory diseases, damage or poisoning, digestive system diseases. The death caused by infectious diseases situated sixth in the district, and countryside. From 2004 to 2007, death rate caused by tumor and endocrinopathy revealed asscending trend but respiratory, infectious diseases and parasitoses showed decending trend. The highest death rate was neonatal death in 0-age group, damage or poisoning in 1 - 39 years group, tumor in 40 - 69 years group and circulatory system diseases in 〉 70 years group. Conclusion At present, Wanzhou District is faced with dual oppression of ascending trend of tumor and endocrinopathy year by year and high death rate of infectious diseases.
