单侧单管AO外固定器治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

为探讨AO外固定器治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效及优点,对103例用单侧单管AO外固定器治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折进行回顾性的分析研究。该组病例经1/2～8年的随访,骨折全部愈合,5例有轻度髋内翻,占4.85％。年轻患者均已恢复原工作,老年患者95％髋关节功能恢复满意或较满意。认为该外固定器结构简单轻巧牢固,适应证宽,手术创伤小,易于掌握,可满足早期活动的需要,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折可供选择的较为理想的方法之一。

The use of Unilateral and Single Tubular Type AO External Fixator in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur

To investigate the curative effect and advantages of treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur with unilat-eral and single tubular type AO external fixator. One hundred and three cases with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were retrospectively analysed. One hundred and three patients were followed up from l/2~8 years after operation and the fractures had healed. Slight coxa vara had developed in 5 cases (4.85%). Young patients returned to their own work. Hip function of 95% old patients recovered satisfactorily or rather satisfactory. Structure of the external fixator is simple, firm, light and handy. The indication is wide, the trauma of operatoin is small, it can satisfy the need of early activties. The doctors can manage this technique easily and it is one of a feasible method to treat intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.
