咽炎颗粒治疗急慢性咽炎的随机对照临床研究

目的 :观察咽炎颗粒对急慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 :以玄脉甘桔颗粒为对照进行随机对照临床试验。治疗急慢性咽炎患者共 5 9例 ,其中急性咽炎治疗组 (咽炎颗粒 +氨苄青霉素 ) 1 9例 ,对照组 (玄脉甘桔颗粒 +氨苄青霉素 ) 1 0例 ;慢性咽炎治疗组 (咽炎颗粒 ) 2 0例 ,对照组 (玄脉甘桔颗粒 ) 1 0例。结果 :急性咽炎治疗组总有效率 84 2 1 % ,总显效率 5 2 6 3% ,对照组总有效率 6 0 0 % ,总显效率 2 0 0 % ,慢性咽炎治疗组总有效率 90 0 % ,总显效率 6 0 0 % ,对照组总有效率 5 0 0 % ,总显效率 2 0 0 % ,经统计学处理 ,急、慢性咽炎治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :咽炎颗粒治疗急慢性咽炎疗效确切 ,对慢性咽炎疗效尤好。

A Randomized Control Study of Acute and Clinical Pharyngitis Treated with Phyaryngitis Granule

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of phyaryngitis granule in the treatment of acute and chronic phyaryngitis. Method:Fifty-nine patients were selected and randomly assigned to treatment group and control group.Nineteen patients were in the acute phyaryngitis treatment group (phyaryngitis granules+anpicili, PGAN),10 in the control group(Xuanmai ganju granules+anpicili,XMAN),20 in the chronic phyaryngitis treatment group (phyaryngitis granules,PG),10 in the control group(Xuanmai ganju granules,XM).Results:In the acute treatment group, the total effective rate was 84 21%,and significantly improved rate 52 63%. In the control group were 60 0% and 20 0%,respectively.In the chronic treatment group the total effective rate was 90 0%,and significantly improved rate was 60 0%.In the control group were 50 0% and 20 0%,respectively.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group( P <0 05).Conclusion: The result suggested that the phyaryngitis granule was an effective drug for the treatment of acute and chronic phyaryngitis.
