| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨空蝶鞍综合症的MRI诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析28例经临床证实的空蝶鞍综合症MRI资料。结果：空蝶鞍综合症MRI显示为蝶鞍扩大、垂体受压萎缩、垂体柄的拉长折曲；临床表现为颅内压增高、垂体前叶功能减退等症状。结论：空蝶鞍综合症的MRI诊断容易，临床指导价值较大。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） on empty sella syndrome. Methods：28 patients performed MRI and confirmed by clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results： MPI features mainly included enlargement of sella tureiea, exerting pressure on the collapsed pituitary gland and prolonged pituitary handle, which resulted in clinical symptoms from increased intraeranial pressure to global anterior hypopituitarism. Conclusion： MRI diagnosis on empty sella syndrome is not difficult. There are significant values in clinical practice guiding. |
