膀胱癌患者外周血淋巴细胞表型及CD44检测

目的：探讨膀胱癌患者的免疫功能变化及其潜在转移性。方法：用流式细胞术对膀胱癌患者的外周血淋巴细胞亚群及CD44变化进行联合检测并作相关分析。结果：膀胱癌患者与正常人比较，其CD3、CD4下降，NK细胞数目降低，CD8、CD25、CD44升高，且这种变化随着肿瘤浸润深度的增加及肿瘤分级的提高愈加明显，相关分析结果表明CD25与CD4、CD4／CD8呈正相关（r值分别为0．287、0．306，P＜0．05），CD56与CD8呈负相关（r值为－0．523，P＜0．05）；CD44可作为一项独立的预后指标。结论：联合检测膀胱癌患者外周血淋巴细胞表型及CD44水平，对于判断患者的肿瘤分期、分级，转移潜能及临床决策可提供有益的参考。

Measurement of Peripheral Lymphocyte Subsets and CD44 in Bladder Neoplasms Patients

To explore the change of peripheral cell immune function and potential metastasis in bladder neoplasms patients. The levels of peripheral lymphocyte subsets and CD44 in 65 bladder neoplasms patients were examined in combination with flow cytometry and their correlation was analysed. The levels of CD3?CD4 and number of NK cell in bladder neoplasms patients were lower compared with those in control.The levels of CD8?CD25 and CD44 were higher than those in normal control group. These changes were in positive relation with the infiltration depth of the tumor and differentiate grade of the tumor.Correlation analyse results showed a positive correlation between the level of CD25 and the level of CD4?CD4/CD8 (r=0.287?0.306, P<0.05 respectively),and a negative correlation between the level of CD56 and the level of CD8(r=-0.523,P<0.05).There was no correlation between CD44 and other CD antigen. [Conclusion]The result indicates that the level of peripheral lymphocyte subsets and CD44 maybe an useful index to estimate the grade,stage, metastatic potential and clinical decision.
