| 摘 要： | 目的:观察头针疗法治疗原发性高血压病(EH)的临床疗效及对降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血浆一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:将60例EH患者随机分为针药组和药物组各30例,分别采用头针横刺联合口服硝苯地平缓释片和口服硝苯地平缓释片,观察治疗前后血压及血浆CGRP、NO的变化。结果:两组均能降低患者血压,但针药组明显优越于药物组;针药组患者血浆CGRP、NO水平升高,药物组患者血浆NO水平升高,治疗前后比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:头针降压的作用机制可能在于刺激和改善高血压病患者血管平滑肌上的神经纤维,从而增加其CGRP的合成与释放,进而改善阻力血管的舒张功能。
