免疫检查点抑制剂相关眼部毒性:全球文献病例统计分析

摘    要:免疫检查点抑制剂通过抑制细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4、程序性死亡受体-1、程序性死亡配体-1阻断肿瘤的免疫逃逸途径,从而达到杀伤肿瘤细胞的目的。然而,免疫系统的激活也会引起免疫相关的不良反应。尽管免疫检查点抑制剂所导致的眼部毒性并不常见,但是能够涉及到眼部所有组织,可能影响部分患者的免疫检查点抑制剂的使用疗程。本文通过文献检索的方法收集免疫检查点抑制剂导致眼部毒性的病例,对患者的性别、年龄、原患疾病、用药情况、临床症状、发生时间、治疗方法及转归等进行汇总分析,以期提高医务人员对免疫检查点抑制剂相关眼部毒性的认识。

Abstract:Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) block the immune escape pathway by inhibiting cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4, programmed death receptor-1 and programmed death-ligand 1, thus killing the tumor. However, the activation of immune system can also cause the immune-related adverse event. Although the ocular toxicity caused by ICIs is uncommon, all ocular tissues can be involved. As a result, the course of treatment with ICIs may be affected in some patients. In this article, the cases with ocular toxicity caused by ICIs were collected by literature research, and the gender, age, original diseases, medications, clinical symptoms, occurrence time, treatment methods and outcomes were analyzed to improve the medial personnel’s understanding of ICIs related ocular toxicity.
