| 摘 要： | 甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)是一种眼眶常见的自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明.目前已有大量研究报道了TAO可累及眼球不同部位,但尚无一个系统的归纳总结.本研究将结合目前国内外研究报道,对TAO眼球各部位受累的证据进行归纳梳理,以探讨TAO患者眼球不同结构的病理改变.

| Abstract: | Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO), a normal autoimmune disease of orbital, is of unclear pathogenesis. However, there is not yet a systematic review about the pathological change of eyeball, though amounts of studies have observed the involvement of different part of eyeball in the process of TAO. This study will combine the current domestic and foreign research reports to summarize the evidence of the involvement of various parts of the eyeball in order to explore the sketchy view of the pathological variation in different eyeball structures in patients with TAO. |
