| 摘 要： | T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白3（T cell immunoglobulin mucin-3，Tim-3）是一种负性调控因子，表达于多种免疫细胞及肿瘤细胞表面，参与负性免疫调控，与肿瘤的发生发展有关。Tim-3在女性妇科常见肿瘤中的作用被逐渐发现，除此之外在子宫内膜异位症中的异常表达和对妊娠的维持中也发挥着作用，本文就Tim-3在女性生殖系统疾病中的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | T cell immunoglobulin mucin-3 (Tim-3) is a negative regulatory factor,which is expressed on the surface of various immune cells and tumor cells and is involved in negative immune regulation,and is also involved in the occurrence and development of tumors.The role of Tim-3 in common gynecological tumors in women has been gradually discovered.Besides,Tim-3 also plays a role in abnormal expression of endometriosis and maintenance of pregnancy.This paper reviews the research progress of Tim-3 in diseases of female reproductive system. |
