直肠间质瘤患者预后分析（附33例）

目的:分析直肠间质瘤的临床特征、手术方式和靶向药物治疗对患者生存时间的影响。方法:回顾性总结2010年01月至2018年12月河北医科大学附属沧州市中心医院收治的33例直肠间质瘤患者的临床资料。计量和计数资料分别采用t检验和χ2检验,生存情况采用寿命表法和Kaplan-Meier法。结果:直肠间质瘤患者术后1、3、5年总体生存率分别为97%、69%、60%。高风险度患者1、3、5年生存率分别为87%、55%、46%。获得完整切除肿瘤组和未获得完整切除肿瘤组患者1、3、5生存率分别为100%、77%、63%和80%、20%、0,其差异具有统计学意义（P=0.004<0.05)。结论:直肠间质瘤患者５年生存率低,手术完整切除肿瘤和术后服用靶向药物是提高疾病总生存率关键。

Prognosis analysis of patients with rectal stromal tumor(33 cases)

Objective:To analyze the clinical characters,survival rates of rectal stromal tumors and surgical treatment or molecular targeted drugs therapy to the influence of survival time.Methods:The clinical data of 33 patients with rectal stromal tumors who were admitted to Cangzhou Center Hospital from January 2010 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All data were analyzed using the t test and chi-square test,and the survival rate of patients was analyzed using the life table and Kaplan-Meier curves.Result:All patients were followed up　and the over survival rates of 1-year,3-year,5-year were 97%,69% and 60%.The survival rates of 1-year,3-year,5-year in rectal stromal tumors in high risk group were 87%,55% and 46%.The over survival rates of 1-year,3-year,5-year in the groups of complete resection (28 cases),incomplete resection (5 cases) were 100%,77%,63% and 80%,20%,0,respectively,with significant statistically difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Rectal stromal tumors have obviously low survival rates of 5-year.Complete resection of the tumors and taking targeted drugs after operation are the key factors to improve the overall survival rate of rectal stromal tumors.
