甲状腺乳头状癌组织中TRIM14的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨三结构域蛋白14（tripartite motif containing 14,TRIM14）在甲状腺良性结节和甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)组织中的表达差异，并分析TRIM14表达水平与甲状腺乳头状癌患者各临床病理特征间的关系。方法:收集我院92例手术切除且病理证实为PTC患者的临床病理资料及组织标本以及50例甲状腺良性结节组织标本。用免疫组织化学检测入组标本中TRIM14表达水平，并分析TRIM14表达与患者临床病理特征间的关系。结果:PTC组织中TRIM14表达阳性率为88.04%，甲状腺良性结节中TRIM14表达阳性率为40%，两者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）；TRIM14表达与PTC患者T分期及肿瘤危险度分层相关（P＜0.05）。结论:TRIM14高表达于PTC组织中，有望成为新的PTC肿瘤标志物。TRIM14的表达与PTC患者T分期及危险度分层相关，提示TRIM14可能影响PTC发生发展。

Expression of TRIM14 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the expression differences of tripartite motif containing 14(TRIM14) in benign thyroid nodules and papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) tissues,and analyze the relationship between the expression level of TRIM14 and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods:The clinicopathological data and tissue specimens of 92 patients with surgical resection and pathologically confirmed PTC in our hospital and 50 specimens of benign thyroid nodules were collected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression level of TRIM14 in the samples,and the relationship between the expression of TRIM14 and the clinical pathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of TRIM14 expression in PTC tissues was 88.04%,and the positive rate of TRIM14 expression in benign thyroid nodules was 40%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.001).TRIM14 expression was correlated with T stage and tumor risk stratification in PTC patients correlation(P＜0.05).Conclusion:TRIM14 is highly expressed in PTC tissues and is expected to become a new PTC tumor marker.The expression of TRIM14 is related to the T stage and risk stratification of PTC patients,suggesting that TRIM14 may affect the development of PTC.
