摘    要:尿液中的游离DNA来源于尿道脱落细胞的崩解和通过尿道过滤屏障的血液循环cfDNA。作为液体活检的重要对象,尿中游离DNA可能成为一种新型的标记物用于肿瘤无创筛查与诊断、病情监测和疗效评估。本文将对尿液游离DNA的提取与检测方法及其在多种肿瘤的临床应用等方面的研究进展进行总结综述。

Abstract:Free DNA in urine is derived from the breakdown of cells shed from the urethra and circulating cfDNA through the urethra filtration barrier.As an integral part of liquid biopsy,cell free DNA in urine is considered to be a new non-invasive marker for tumor screening and diagnosis,tumor progression monitoring and efficacy evaluation.This article will summarize the research progress in the extraction and detection of urine free DNA and its clinical application in a variety of tumors.
