摘    要:目的 分析Balb/c小鼠感染细粒棘球蚴和多房棘球蚴后脾脏和血液淋巴细胞亚群的变化.方法 利用流式细胞仪分析感染细粒棘球蚴和多房棘球蚴的Balb/c小鼠脾脏和血液中T、B、Th1、Th2、Treg、NK细胞亚群变化.结果 脾脏B、Th1、Th2、Treg细胞在多房棘球蚴感染组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义;血液Th1和...

Abstract:This study aimed to analyze lymphocyte subsets in spleen and blood of Balb/c mice infected by hydatid cyst and alveolar hydatid. Flow cytometry was used to analyze T, B, Th1, Th2, Treg and NK lymphocyte in spleen and blood of Balb/c mice with hydatid cyst and alveolar hydatid infection. B, Th1, Th2 and Treg cells in spleen of mice with alveolar hydatid infected group and control group were statistical difference; The difference of Th1 and Th2 cells between the alveolar hydatid infected group and the control group were statistical significance (tTh1=3.669, P<0.01; tTh2=4.302, P<0.01). B, Th1, Th2 and Treg cells in spleen of mice with hydatid cyst infected group and control group were statistical difference (tB=3.396,P<0.05;tTh1=3.539,P<0.05;tTh2=3.731,P<0.05;tTreg=2.197,P<0.05); B, NK, Th1 and Th2 cells between the hydatid cystgroup and the control group were statistical significance (tB=2.125,P<0.05;$t_{N_{K}}$=3.569,P<0.05;tTh1=6.532,P<0.05;tTh2=4.463,P<0.05). B, Th1, Th2 and Treg cells in both hydatid cyst and alveolar hydatid infected group showed the same trend. There were changes of Th1 and Th2 cells in the blood of alveolar hydatid infected group. There were changes of B, NK, Th1 and Th2 in the blood of hydatid cyst infected group.
