替考拉宁在ICU患儿中的应用评价

摘要：目的 评价替考拉宁在我院ICU患儿中的临床应用现状，以促进其合理应用。方法 回顾性研究2018年1月至2019年12月我院ICU应用替考拉宁的134例住院患儿，对其临床资料进行统计分析。结果 我院替考拉宁使用的问题主要集中在用药指征不明确、未给予初始负荷剂量、负荷剂量给药方案不合理等方面。结论 我院对替考拉宁的应用还存在一些误区，需加强对替考拉宁的合理规范使用。

Evaluation of the application of teicoplanin in pediatric intensive care unit

Absract Objective To evaluate the clinical application status of teicoplanin in pediatric intensive care unit topromote its rational administration. Methods A total of 134 children who were treated with teicoplanin in pediatricintensive care unit from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The problems ofthe use of teicoplanin in our hospital were mainly medication without clear indications, without the loading dose ininitial treatment, and incorrect loading dose protocol. Conclusion There were still some misunderstandings aboutthe application of teicoplanin in our hospital, and the rational use of teicoplanin should be strengthened.
