CT对口腔颌面部常见良性、恶性肿瘤的临床价值分析

目的:探索分析口腔颌面部常见良性、恶性肿瘤的CT影像特征,评估CT对口腔颌面部肿瘤的诊断效能。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院口腔颌面外科2019年1月—2021年6月住院行手术治疗且术后病理确认的良性肿瘤患者120例、恶性肿瘤患者90例,结合患者术前CT影像,对比分析CT与病理诊断的差异,探讨CT对口腔颌面部肿瘤良性、恶性的诊断效能。结果:CT对口腔颌面部良性肿瘤的诊断正确率为86.7 %,对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的诊断正确率为84.4 %。CT检查对口腔颌面部软、硬组织肿瘤的良性、恶性均有较高的诊断率,平扫CT结合增强CT能有效减少漏诊率,增强诊断效能。结论:CT检查是诊断口腔颌面部肿瘤的重要手段之一,对临床诊断与治疗方案的制订具有指导意义。

Clinical value of CT in oral and maxillofacial benign and malignant tumors

Objective: To explore and analyze the CT imaging features of common benign and malignant tumors in oral and maxillofacial regions, and to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of CT in oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods: A total of 120 patients with benign tumors and 90 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected. Combined with preoperative CT images, the difference between CT and pathological diagnosis was compared and analyzed, and the diagnostic efficiency of CT for benign and malignant oral and maxillofacial tumors was discussed. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of CT for benign oral and maxillofacial tumors was 86.7 %, and that for malignant oral and maxillofacial tumors was 84.4 %. CT examination had a high diagnostic rate for both benign and malignant tumors of oral and maxillofacial soft and hard tissues. Unenhanced CT combined with enhanced CT could effectively reduce the missed diagnosis rate and enhance the diagnostic efficiency. Conclusion: CT examination is one of the important means for the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial tumors, which has guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment plan formulation.
