摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱一测多评(HPLC-QAMS)法同时测定猴耳环消炎颗粒中没食子酸等3个活性成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,以没食子酸为内参物,建立了杨梅苷、槲皮苷的相对校正因子,并考察相对校正因子的耐用性和重现性。结果:与外标法对猴耳环消炎颗粒中3个成分的测定结果比较发现,QAMS法各相对校正因子重复性良好,测定结果无显著差异。结论:所建立的QAMS法可用于猴耳环消炎颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC-QAMS method for determination of 3 active components in Houerhuan anti-inflammatory particles. Methods: The gallic acid was used as the internal marker to calculate the relative correction factors (RCF) of myricitrin and quercitrin by HPLC, and the ruggedness and reproducibility of the RCF were also evaluated. Results: Comparing with the external standard method (ESM) for determination of the 3 components in Houerhuan anti-inflammatory particles, the repeatability of the QAMS method was good. The results calculated by QAMS were in consistence with those by the ESM method. Conclusion: The established HPLC-QAMS method can be used for the quality control of Houerhuan anti-inflammatory particles.
