摘    要:由于致病菌耐药性的不断增长,传统抗菌药物的效力普遍下降,因而开发新颖的抗感染药物和抗菌疗法迫在眉睫。侧重于对抗细菌毒力因子的抗毒力治疗已成为一种新的治疗策略。与传统抗生素治疗不同,抗毒力治疗只是剥夺病原菌的毒力而不抑制它们生长或杀死病原菌。为了更好的开发抗毒力治疗这一新型抗菌疗法,对毒力因子的认识还需加强。本文主要就革兰阴性病原菌的攻击性毒力因子、防御性毒力因子、毒力因子表达受到的调控以及抗毒力治疗策略相关的研究进行了综述,以期为研究新颖有效的抗菌疗法,缓解致病菌感染及耐药现状提供新视角。

Abstract:Due to the growing resistance of pathogenic bacteria, the effectiveness of traditional antibacterial drugs has generally declined, and the development of novel anti-infective drugs and antibacterial therapies is imminent. Anti-virulence strategies with a focus on fighting bacterial virulence factors has become a new treatment strategy. Unlike traditional antibiotic treatment, antiviral treatment simply deprives pathogenic bacteria of their virulence without inhibiting their growth or killing bacteria. In order to better develop anti-virulence treatment strategies, the understanding of virulence factors needs to be strengthened. This article reviews the research on Gram-negative pathogenic bacteria's aggressive virulence factors, defensive virulence factors, regulation of virulence factor expression, and anti-virulence strategies, with a view to provide ideas for the study of novel and effective antibacterial therapies and the relief of pathogenic bacterial infections and drug resistance.
