智能生物传感器在眼科学领域的应用研究进展

摘    要:智能生物传感器是全球柔性电子科学的前沿和研究热点,以集成硅基微电路芯片为生物传感器的研发核心,因在医疗和临床环境中可以实现稳定而持续的数据采集、处理和无线传输,从而参与多种器官和组织疾病的监测、诊断、治疗以及随访等而具有特定优势及潜在应用价值。本文针对眼科领域的相关研究、设计用于眼科疾病的智能生物传感器的种类,包括构成材料、结构布局、组装方法,电源和数据处理等诸方面予以综述,尤其对智能生物传感器在眼科疾病监测、诊断及治疗之中的潜在应用前景进行综述。

Abstract:The intelligent biosensor is the forefront and research hotspot of flexible electronic science worldwide. With integrated silicon-based microchip as the research and development of biosensor, it can achieve stable and continuous data acquisition, processing, and wireless transmission in many medical and clinical environments, as well as specific advantages and latent application though participating in disease monitoring, diagnosis, clinical treatment, and follow-up in a variety of organs and tissue. This review summarizes the relevant research on intelligent biosensor in ophthalmology, ranging from the types of intelligent biosensor devices designed for ophthalmic diseases, to the composition materials, structural layout, assembly methods, power supply and data processing, and the potential application prospects of intelligent biosensor devices in the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases.
