lncRNA在肝细胞癌组织中表达及生物学作用的文献计量分析

目的:通过对长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在肝细胞癌组织中表达及生物学作用的相关文献进行计量分析，探索该领域近10年的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法:以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源，利用Excel、VOSviewer、Citespace、Carrot 2软件分别进行年度发文情况、期刊分布情况、国家/机构分布情况、作者分布情况及关键词分析，并绘制相关可视化图谱。结果:纳入1 673篇SCI文献，载文量最多的期刊是Oncotarget，引文量最高的作者是Sun Shuhan，中国为该领域研究的主要国家，南京医科大学、第二军医大学是该领域研究的重要机构，主要的研究热点是基因表达、lncRNAs的生物学作用。蛋白激酶B、凋亡、自噬是研究的前沿。结论:研究结果为科研工作者今后开展相关课题提供了新的视角，为研究人员寻找潜在合作者与研究合作机构、研究热点及趋势提供了有价值的信息。

Bibliometric analysis of expression and biological role of long non-coding RNA in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues

Objective:To analyze the related literatures of long non-coding RNA in hepatocellular carcinoma and explore the research status,hotspots and trends in the past 10 years,using bibliometric methods.Methods:The data was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.Using Excel,VOSviewer,Citespace,and Carrot 2 software to analyze the annual distribution of articles,the distribution of journals,countries or institutions,authors and keywords,and draw relevant visualization maps.Results:1 673 articles were obtained.Oncotarget was the most productive journal.The author with the highest cited frequency was Sun Shuhan.China was the main country in the field.Nanjing Medical University and Second Military Medical University were important institutions for long non-coding RNA in hepatocellular carcinoma.The occurrence and maintenance of gene expression,biological roles of lncRNAs were the hotspots.AKT,apoptosis,autophagy would be the leading edge of research.Conclusion:The research results provide a new perspective for researchers to carry out related topics in the future,and provide valuable information for researchers to find potential collaborators and research cooperation institutions,research hotspots and trends.
