摘    要:糖尿病肾病是危害糖尿病患者健康的严重微血管并发症,以微量白蛋白尿、肾小球基底膜增厚、细胞外基 质沉积、肾小球肥大和系膜扩张为主要特征。在糖尿病肾病发生、发展过程中,骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)-7作为转化 生长因子(TGF)-β超家族的一员发挥多种生物学功能,参与肾小球系膜细胞扩张度、足细胞凋亡、肾小管损伤以及 肾脏纤维化的调节。围绕BMP-7与TGF-β/Smads信号通路、PI3K/Akt信号通路以及间充质干细胞在糖尿病肾病中 的作用机制进行论述,以期为相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:Diabetic nephropathy is a serious microvascular complication that endangers the health of diabetic patients. It is mainly characterized by microalbuminuria, glomerular basement membrane thickening, extracellular matrix deposition, glomerular hypertrophy and mesangial membrane dilatation. In the development of this disease, bone morphogenetic protein -7 (BMP-7), as a member of the transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) superfamily, plays a variety of biological functions. It is involved in the regulation of renal mesangial cell dilation, podocyte apoptosis, renal tubule injury and renal fibrosis. In this paper, we discussed the mechanism of BMP-7 and TGF- β/Smads signaling pathway, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and mesenchymal stem cells in diabetic nephropathy, in order to provide reference for the related research.
