CCL7和ABCE1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的:通过分析CCL7和ABCE1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床特征,探讨二者的相互关系及临床意义。方法:64例接受肺癌根治手术的非小细胞肺癌患者,收集术后病理标本,通过免疫组织化学染色检测癌、癌旁及转移淋巴结中CCL7及ABCE1的表达,分析其表达情况与肿瘤病理及临床生物学行为之间的关系。结果:CCL7和ABCE1在非小细胞癌和转移淋巴结组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织,P＜0.01。二者在腺癌中的表达高于鳞癌组织,在中、低分化的肺癌组织中的表达高于高分化组,在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺癌组织中的表达高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,P＜0.05。并且CCL7与ABCE1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论:CCL7和ABCE1在非小细胞肺癌和转移淋巴结中存在高表达,二者结合病理分期有助于疾病严重程度的判断,并为非小细胞肺癌提供了新的研究方向。

Expression and clinical significance of CCL7 and ABCE1 in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the relationship and clinical significance of CCL7 and ABCE1 in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The immunohistochemical staining results of CCL7 and ABCE1 in 64 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were analyzed.Results:CCL7 and ABCE1 were highly expressed in non-small cell carcinoma tissues and metastatic lymph nodes,P＜0.01.The expression of CCL7 and ABCE1 was significantly different in histopathological type,differentiated degree and clinical stages,P＜0.05.At the same time,the results showed that the expression of CCL7 and ABCE1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues was positively correlated.Conclusion:The expression of CCL7 and ABCE1 combined with pathological diagnosis was helpful to judge the severity of the non-small cell lung cancer.CCL7 and ABCE1 could provide a new research direction for NSCLC.
