| 摘 要： | 关于铊对软骨作用的研究较少。对哺乳动物猴的软骨作用尚无报道。我们在大骨节病的实验病因研究中,对单纯病区水粮喂养十七个月后的猴经口给予硫酸铊水溶液一周作为观察对象,以未给硫酸铊的单纯病区粮和健康区水粮喂养的猴作为对照。结果只在饮用硫酸铊的猴的四肢骨出现了骺板肥大层软骨细胞带状坏死。说明铊对软骨有作用并引起骺板肥大层细胞的坏死。

| Abstract: | In the study of aetiology of Kaschin-Beck disease, monkeys which had been feeding on grain from endemic area for 17 months were dosed with thallium sulphate solution with monkeys taking no thallium as controls. A week later, band -like necroses of the chondrocytes in hypertrophic zones of the epiphyseal plate were found in the extremities of the monkeys taking thallium and there was no necrosis in the monkeys as controls. It is suggested that thallium had some effcts on the chondros and it may cause necroses of the chondrocyte in the hypertrophic zones of the epiphyseal plate. |
