| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法对６８例喉癌组织、１２例非喉癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）表达，基膜（ＢＭＩ）的状态，郎格罕细胞（ＬＣ）及Ｔ淋巴细胞的密度进行观察，结果表明．ＰＣＮＡ、ＢＭ、ＬＣ及Ｔ淋巴与临床分期，病理分级及预后有关．

| Abstract: | Sixty-eight laryngeal carcinoma tissues twelve non-cancer laryngeal tissues were observed in the proliferating cell nuclear anti ge n(PCN A) expresslug,the state of basennent membrane,the langerhan's cells and T-lymphocyte density by immunohistochemical methods.The aim of the observation was probe into the relationship between the prognosis of laryngeal carcinozna and the value of clinical application.The results showed that there was a close correlation between clinical stages, pafuviogical grading,prognsis and PCNA basement membrane state,the density of langerhan's cell and T-lymophocytes. |
