| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人工注射法在肝脏局灶性病变MR I动态增强扫描的应用。方法:对经B超或/和CT检查发现肝脏有局灶性病变需进一步检查的63例患者进行人工注射法动态增强扫描,分析病变增强特点,对病变定性诊断。结果:63例患者中,原发性肝癌22例,肝脏转移瘤18例,肝脏海绵状血管瘤14例,肝脓肿6例,局灶性结节增生3例。结论:肝脏病变经人工注射法动态增强扫描,可获得可靠的定性诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective: To invastigate the application of delivery of contrast medium by manual injection in dynamic enhanced MRI for focal liver lesions.Methods: Sixty-three patients with focal liver lesions found by ultrasonography or/and CT underwent dynamic enhanced MRI;the contrast medium was delivered by manual injection;features of enhanced MRI of the lesions were sudied,qualitative diagnosis was done.Results: Of the 63 patients with focal liver lesions,22 cases were primary liver carcinoma,18 cases metastatic carcinoma,14 cases cavernous hemangioma,6 cases liver abscess,3 cases focal nodular hyperplasia.Conclusion: By dynamic enhanced MRI with contrast medium deliverd by manual injection,reliable qualitative diagnosis of the focal liver lesions may accomplish. |
