| Abstract: | Stereoroentgenometry as applied to pelvimetry offers a practical roentgenologic method for accurate calculation of all the internal diameters of the maternal pelvis as well as the essential diameters of the fetal head. The examination also offers incidental information as to the position and presentation of the fetus as well as positive information as to the presence of a fetal monster or a multiple pregnancy. |
