| 摘 要： | 肾小管-间质疾病，是以间质病变为突出表现的病理综合征；即多种病因所致的肾小管结构和／或功能紊乱，依椐起病的急、缓和病理上纤维化的程度，可分为急性和慢性两大类，本文和随后专家笔谈的文章所谈及的是急性肾小管间质性肾炎（acute tubulointerstitial nephritis，ATIN）。
