| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的效果.方法:将87例婴幼儿肺炎随机分成两组,两组均予常规抗感染等治疗,治疗组加用沐舒坦雾化吸入,对照组用α-靡蛋白酶、地塞米松和庆大霉素雾化吸入.对两组的咳嗽、痰鸣、气促、肺部湿罗音的消失时间及住院时间进行比较.结果:使用沐舒坦雾化吸入的治疗组在治疗咳嗽、痰鸣、肺部湿罗音消失时间方面比对照组短(P＜0.05).结论:沐舒坦雾化吸入可提高婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果,尤其祛痰和减少肺部湿性罗音的效果较好.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of mucosolvan nebulization in infants with bronchopneumonia.Method: 87 infants were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Regular treatment were given to control group,meanwhile,based on regular treatment,the infants in observation group were also received mucosolvan nebulization.Result:The disappearing time of cough,wheezy phlegm and wheezy sound in lung in observation group were shorten than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mucosolvan nebulization can raise clinical therapeutic effect for bronchopneumonia in infants with bronchopneumonia,especially in eliminating phlegm and disappearing of wheezy sound in lung. |
