| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管基底细胞样鳞癌（BSC）的临床病理特点、诊断和预后。方法对7例食管基底细胞样鳞癌进行光镜和免疫组化观察并结合临床资料进行分析。结果肿瘤主要由核大浆少的基底细胞样癌组织构成，免疫组化标记无特异性表达。结论食管基底细胞样鳞癌具有高度侵袭性又易在病理上误诊，因而需要进一步认识其临床与病理特征。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinicopathologic features,diagnosis and prognosis of basaloid squamous carcinoma(BSC) .Methods The clinicopathologic features of 7 cases of basaloid squamous carcinoma of the esophagus were studied with light microscopy and immunohistochemical(IHC) .Results The tumor was mainly composed of basaloid cells with big nuclei,scanty cytoplasm.Immunohistochemical staining no specific expression.Conclusion Basaloid squamous carcinoma is a variant of squamouse carcinoma with highly aggressi... |
