葛根汤配合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病53例疗效评价

目的：观察葛根汤加减配合推拿手法来治疗53例神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将101例神经根型颈椎病的患者随机分为治疗组（葛根汤加减配合推拿手法）53例、对照组（口服西乐葆配合推拿手法）49例,经2个疗程治疗后进行数据统计并疗效评定。结果：治疗组总有效率为98.1%,对照组总有效率为87.8%,治疗组与对照组比较,有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：葛根汤加减配合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效明确,是临床保守治疗神经根型颈椎病的一种不错的选择,值得推广。

Assessment of the curative effect of Gegen Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of 53 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Gegen Decoction modifying combined with massage in the treatment of 53 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods：101 cases with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group （n=53） received Gegen Decoction modifying combined with massage,and the control group （n=49） were treated with Celebrex Per Ox combined with massage. All the data were analyzed and evaluations of efficacy were performed at the end of two therapeutic courses. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 98.1%,while that in control group was 87.8%.There were significant difference（P 0.01） between the two groups. Conclusion：Combined treatment of Gegen Decoction modifying and massage has significant efficacy in treating patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It is a superior therapy for conservative treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in clinic. It is worthy of furthering its widespread use.
