摘    要:12只犬随机分为两组:内毒素休克组(ET),内毒素休克治疗组(FDP组)。麻醉后机械通气,分别插入动脉导管及 Swan-Ganz漂浮导管并联接于 BSM-8301J/K生理记录仪。外周静脉注射灭活大肠杆菌(2.7×1012/kg)。30、90分钟后FDP经外周静脉输入375mg/kg。ET组输入等容量平衡盐液。注射ET前、后1至8小时测血流动力学及心功能指标。结果。注射ET前两组各项指标间无明显差异,注射后CI、MAP、PAMP、PCWP、SVI、LSWI明显低于注射前,且ET组呈进行性下降,而FDP组则逐渐回升至正常水平。8小时死亡率FDP组明显低于ET组。这说明FDP通过改善心功能、恢复血流动力学对ET休克有较好疗效,能显著延长ET休克犬存活时间。

Abstract:The effects of fructose 1, 6-diphosphate (FDP)on the hemodynamic variations in twelve dogs with endotoxin shock were observed. Following anesthesia,arterial and Swan-Gang catheters were inserted correspondingly into femoral and pulmonary arteries At 30mins and 90 mins following intravenous injection of endotoxin(IIE),these subjects were randomly assigned to receiving intravenous infusion of FDP at a dosage of 375mg/kg(group I,n= 6) or the equivalent volume of saline as control(group ,n= 6) The hemodynamic parameters of both groups were measured before IIE and every hour during 8 hours after IIE respectively. The results demonstrated that before IIE,there were not significant differences in the values of all parameters between both groups;im- mediately followillg IIE, the values of CI, MAP, PAMP, PCWP, SVI, LSWI, RSWI markedly decreased in both groups (P<0. 01 ). subsequently continued to reduce in group (P<0. 01 ), however, were increasingly ascended to and maintained at the normal levels in group (P<0.01 ). As compared with the controlled levels in group ,the above values of hemodynamic parameters following the administration of FDP increased dramatically (P<0. 05) and the mortality was greatly depressed in group I (P< 0. 05 ). It is coneluded that FDP may be helpful to improve The hemodynamics during endotoxin shock.
