强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变x线、CT诊断价值探讨

目的探讨x线和CT表现对强直性脊柱炎（AS）骶髂关节病变的不同诊断价值。方法对比分析79例临床诊断为As患者的x线平片和CT平扫图像对As骶髂关节病变不同分级的表现特征。结果（1）CT检查对于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级骶髂关节炎的认定优势大于x线；而Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级二者接近。（2）CT检查对于关节面囊状破坏、关节面模糊和关节间隙的改变方面有较高的显示率。结论cT检查能够比x线更早地显示强直性脊柱炎患者骶髂关节的病变，有利于临床早期进行干预治疗。

X-ray and CT for Sacroiliac Joint in Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective To explore the X-ray and CT diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis （ AS ） different sacroiliac joint diagnosis. Methods Comparative analysis of 79 cases of patients diagnosed as AS X-ray and CT scan images of the sacroiliac joint AS performance characteristics of different Classification. Results （ 1 ） CT examination for Grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ recognized advantages of sacroiliitis than X ray; and III-and IV-class both close. （ 2 ） CT examination for cystic destruction of the articular surface, articular surface and joint space changes in fuzzy terms of a higher display rate. Conclusion CT examination can be shown earlier than the X-ray in patients with ankylosing spondylitis, sacroiliac joint disease, the clinical benefit of early intervention treatment.
