卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术的学习曲线

目的探讨卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术的学习曲线。方法回顾性分析2009年7月～2010年4月期间笔者应用腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿30例患者的资料，所有患者按照接受手术的先后顺序连续分为三组，每组包括10例，比较各组手术时间、术中出血量、中转开腹率、并发症及术后住院时间等情况。结果所有患者手术均无中转开腹，无术中、术后并发症发生，平均手术时间为（54．2±11．6）min（37～78min）；第1组手术时间（63．6±9．6）min，与第2组（56．0±8．6）min间差异无显著性（P=0．079），第2组手术时间与第3组（42．9±4．7）min比较，差异有显著性（P=O．001）；相邻两组的术中出血量和术后住院时间比较差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术的学习曲线大致为20例。

Learning Curve of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Surgery

Objective To investigate the learning curve of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst. Methods Clinical data of 30 cases of laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery that were performed by me between July 2009 to April 2010 were reviewed. The patients were sequentially divided into three groups （n=10）. The operation time, blood loss, rate of conversion to open surgery, complications and postoperative hospital stay were compared. Results There was no conversion to open surgery and complication in each group, The average operation time of all was （ 54.2 ±11.6 ）rain（ 37 - 78min ）. There was no significant difference between the first group （ 63.6 -＋ 9.6 ） min and the second group （ 56. 0 ± 8.6 ） min of the operation time （ P=0.079 ） ; The operation time of the second group was longer than that of the third groupe （ 42.9 ±4.7 ） min （ P=0.001 ） ; The comparison of blood loss and postoperative hospital stay between two neighboring groups both showed no significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The learning curve of laparoseopic surgery for ovarian cyst consisted approximately 20 cases.
